Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to any country accepting shipments from the US! We do often offer group orders, which is a more affordable method of purchasing internationally. However, if you feel more comfortable purchasing directly from us, we do offer multiple international shipping methods!
I placed an in-stock order. When will it ship?
We currently have a processing time of 1-21 days. The Blue Seoul is run and operated by one person! While my family and friends may help occasionally, most work is done by me! I need time to get through and package each individual order. Once your order has been packaged and is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow room for some delays during large shop updates and holidays!
Can we combine orders if we place multiple separate ones?
Sure! Please email us with all of your order numbers! Please understand, that when combining orders, the weight of your package does increase. You may not be refunded shipping, or you may receive only a partial amount. We will weigh the package and refund you your shipping overages, if there are any!
My package is stuck on pre-shipment, In-transit or arriving late. What do I do?
Be patient. Due to the global corona-virus pandemic, postal services are much slower and very overwhelmed. USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the pandemic. This is stated on the USPS website. Please wait patiently for your order to arrive. Once we drop the package off, we have no control over the time it takes to arrive.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received anything? What should I do?
Check around your property or with a neighbor. Sometimes packages are left at different areas around your property! Make sure to check everywhere! If you are unable to find it, please contact your post office to see if they can help you. You can open a claim with USPS, and we will provide all the necessary information you may need for it.
I made an error in my address!/I need to change my address! What should I do?
Email us immediately! If you made an error in your address, please email us within the first 24hrs so we can get that fixed for you. If you have moved to a different address, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to your address. If your order is delivered to the wrong address, we are not held responsible. If your order is sent back to us because of an insufficient/incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment fee.

CUSTOMS AND DECLARATION FORMS
The Blue Seoul will not lie on customs or declaration forms to help you avoid taxes. This is illegal. We cannot mark your purchase as a gift. When placing an order, you are responsible for any customs, tariffs or import fees. You agree to this matter when checking out.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Blue Seoul currently does not accept returns or exchanges due to the pandemic. We also have a strict no refund or cancelation policy. Please check our store polices here.
What is a preorder?
Preordering is purchasing an item BEFORE they are produced. Preordering helps fund the production of product! This method allows you to purchase the product at a discounted price. If the product is not funded, you will receive a full refund of your order price.
Once an item is funded, we will post a link to a chart that allows you to check on the production process daily.
How long will a preorder take to ship?
1-4 months. Depending on the product type and quantity, preorders can take 1-4 months. Large products, such as our SOPE PLUSHIES and ITA BAGS are shipped by sea. This shipping method can take up to a month alone. Once the products arrive, they go through a grading and sorting process. Then we begin to ship out orders. ALL ORDERS are shipped with a tracking number, and you will receive an email when your order is packaged and ready to go!
Are preorders limited to a certain amount?
Unfortunately, yes. Due to limited space and The Blue Seoul being run and operated by one person, we limit the amount of preorder slots. We are not a large corporation, so we're unable to offer unlimited preorders. We open as many as possible, but it's very important that we don't take on too many orders at once so everything can be dispatched in a timely manner. In-stocks will be available for our popular items, meaning there will be opportunities for you to purchase sold out preorders after production at a later date.
I ordered a preorder item and in-stock item in the same order, when will my in-stocks be shipped?
After preorders arrived. If you want your in-stocks to be shipped before your preorder items, you MUST make separate orders. Otherwise, your entire order will ship after the preorder items arrive.
I want to host a group order for my country. How should I contact you?
