TERM DEFINITIONS:
PREORDER OPEN. This means the product still needs funding. We are still accepting orders for said product.
PAYMENT PROCESSING. This means that the funding for said product is processing, we are preparing to submit the payment for production.
PAYMENT SUBMITTED. This means we've paid for the production of said product. Our supplier has receive the initial payment and will begin production shortly.
SAMPLE IN PROGRESS. This means we are waiting to receive a sample of said product. If changes are made to the original design, a sample is made first for approval before mass production is stated. This is a quick process.
IN PRODUCTION. This means we have approved production. Mass production of said product has started. For products such as the BANGTANCORE BAGS, this timeframe is about 30-40 days.
SUPPLIER QUALITY CHECK. This means our supplier is conducting a quality check to make sure all items are up to standard. This happens before shipping.
SHIPPED. The product has been dropped off at the origin port. Large products are shipped by sea and take an average of 30 days.
ARRIVED. The product has arrived to us. We will begin sorting the items and shipping out preorders in the order they were received.
